For Hirasawa solo, I recommend Blue Limbo. Like Radiohead, the lyrics are political, but most of the music is gentle. For P-MODEL, I think you’ll love their early music from the 70s and 80s (In a Model Room and Potpourri).

Yeah, Berserk! It's the same case for me that the first time I heard his song was Forces. To be honest I haven't been listening to his work after that, but after starting Nana in Feb. this year, by NAZNA san's influence I'm really interested in to listen to 平沢進's works. Which one should I start with?

It’s a long story, but in high school, I heard his music from the TV anime Berserk. I then kept listening to his soundtrack works for a long time (it was the only way to listen to his music in America at the time). Last year, I finally bought a non-soundtrack CD in Japan, and I’ve been a fan of his solo, soundtrack, and P-MODEL works since.

I’ve only been speaking Japanese regularly for a year (been learning slowly for 3 years), so I’m happy that you think it’s good. I still need more practice, though.
