This is an important notice for customers who uses "Sign-in with Twitter". It is possible that you will not be able to sign-in to nana using Twitter authentication in the future, due to Twitter's outage or change. If your nana account does not have your email address, you will not be able to access your account in this situation.
If your account does not have your email, it is impossible to recover your nana account even if you contact our customer support because there are no way to verify your identity without email. Please make sure your account has an active/available email address, even if you have configured in the past. It is also impossible to recover your nana account if you cannot access to the email.
To protect your nana account from sign-in problem, please add your email address to nana account in the following steps:
1. Tap gear-shaped icon on the top-left in your profile view. Then settings view appears. 2. Tap "Email Address". 3. Set up your email address.
